The C-Card Scheme is a confidential service. You can choose to tell others about the visit, but we won't. The only reason why we might have to consider passing on confidential information without your permission, would be to protect you or someone else from serious harm. We will always try and discuss this with your first.
If you have any worries about confidentiality, please ask a member of staff when you visit a C-Card Access point or check out the information on the KYPF website ‘know your rights’ section.
Who will the information I give be passed on to?
Any information you give to the person who gives you your C-Card will be used by them to offer you the best advice for you.
No information will be passed on to anyone else e.g. parents, partners, friends, teachers or GP without your knowledge.
